A walk around and personal assessment of your lawn and plants will be noted. Recommendations will be provided to you so that you are completely in charge of your plan of action. Many times projects can be done in
stages to meet your budget and reach your determined goals.
6. Communication is important for a good working relationship with my customers. I will give you updated reports as appropriate in writing or verbally, if I see you at your property at time of service. From time to time you may have questions, or concerns regarding your lawn. I am available by phone, email, or in person to talk to. Once contact is made I make every effort to get back to you the same day. Customer service is my number one rule!
7. Kevin is licensed in North & South Carolina for pesticide applications. If you have a company or service at your home doing fertilizer and can’t provide you with proof of a license, they are breaking the law!
8. We take all measures to perform your work in a safe professional matter. Should an accident breaks or damages property on your site, Lawngevity is fully insured in North & South Carolina. We will make every effort to treat your property as our own!
9. Lawngevity offers annual contracts at 15% off the regular rates, or if you should decide to pay per service, that’s completely up to you. Our goal is to make it as easy and affordable for you as possible. Special discounts are available for seniors and men and women who have served our country in the Armed Forces! Monthly invoices are sent for your convenience.
10. Kevin attends training classes regularly to get the latest information on fertilizers, turf management, and techniques that will help your lawn and landscape plants look their best!
11. Lawngevity only uses commercial grade products from reputable landscape supply companies! Only plants and seed that are certified, as well as fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides that are approved by the State and Federal EPA are used on your property. To get maximum results we use only the best products available!
12. No job is too big or too small! We will get your job done in a timely matter!
